Last updated: June 2026. These Terms govern your use of Brivo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Brivo provides AI-generated marketing content and images. Output is generated automatically and may require review. You are responsible for checking content for accuracy, rights and compliance before publishing or using it commercially.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Paid credits are consumed when you generate content. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Credits and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

You agree not to use Brivo to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Subject to these Terms and your payment, you own the content you generate and are responsible for its use. Brivo and its branding remain our property.

AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies and is provided "as is". Brivo is a tool to assist you and does not guarantee specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brivo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
