Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of credits, plans and top-ups on Brivo. Please read it carefully before buying — by completing a purchase you accept this policy.
1. Digital goods delivered instantly
Brivo sells digital credits that are used to generate AI content (text, product images and videos). Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon payment, and the AI service is performed the moment you use them. Because this is digital content delivered and consumed instantly, it cannot be returned.
2. All sales are final
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases of credits, subscription plans and one-time top-ups are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not provide refunds or credit reversals for: unused or expired credits, a change of mind, accidental purchases, partial billing periods, or dissatisfaction with AI output (which is generated automatically and provided “as is” without guarantee of a specific result).
3. Consent to immediate performance & waiver of withdrawal
By completing your purchase you expressly request that Brivo begin delivering the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once delivery has begun (including, where applicable, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent international rules). This consent is a condition of receiving your credits instantly.
4. Your mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under the mandatory law applicable to you. Where such mandatory law requires a refund in your specific case, we will comply with it. In all other cases, this no-refund policy applies in full.
5. Billing errors only
Refunds are issued only in cases of a genuine billing error caused by us — for example a duplicate charge for the same order, or a payment taken while no credits were delivered due to a technical fault on our side. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact brivo.support@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was validly delivered is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Please contact brivo.support@gmail.com first — we are happy to help resolve any genuine issue.
