Last updated: June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Brivo ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services. We are committed to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Brivo is the data controller for the personal data processed through this service. For any privacy request, contact us at brivo.support@gmail.com.

Account data: your name and email address.

Content data: the prompts, product details and images you submit to generate content.

Payment data: limited transaction metadata (plan, amount, status). Full card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Usage data: basic technical information such as log data used to operate and improve the service.

To provide the service you request (performance of a contract).

To process payments and prevent fraud (legal obligation / legitimate interest).

To improve and secure Brivo (legitimate interest).

To send service-related communications. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.

Stripe — secure payment processing.

Google — optional Google sign-in (OAuth).

AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic via our infrastructure) — to generate your content.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.

We keep your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your content or request account deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Passwords are stored hashed; payment data is handled by Stripe.

Brivo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
